چکیده
Salvia miltiorrhiza B., an herb used in traditional Chinese medicine, has been widely to prevent and treat cardiovascular other diseases. Currently, the majority of medicinal plants US are imported from foreign countries, which involves transportation, quality control, issues. The objective this study was investigate effect nitrogen fertilization on growth content tanshinone I, IIA, cryptotanshinone, salvianolic acid B for B. Mississippi. Plants were fertilized with one five (N) rates (0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 g N/plant NH4NO3). harvested November 2020 2021. treated N had higher plant index, leaf SPAD value, shoot root number, weight, maximum length diameter, shoot: ratio, concentration root, bioactive components compared 0, 4 N. receiving 6 similar length, weight However, photosynthetic activity rate. Higher increased tested compounds.

A Dominant Gene for Male Sterility in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge
A natural male sterile mutant of Salvia miltiorrhiza (Labiatae, Sh-B) was found during field survey in 2002. Our objective was to analyze its genetic mechanism for producing F1 hybrid seeds and to develop a molecular marker linked to male sterile gene for selection of a hybrid parent line. The segregation ratios of male sterile plants to fertile plants in the progenies of both testcross and bac...
متن کاملInfluence of development stage on the content of biologicaly active compounds of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge roots
studies on contents of phenolic compounds and diterpenes in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge root during the vegetation period were carried out. In Polish climate and soil condition, the tanshinone II a occurred as the dominant compound from diterpenes group. obtained results show that the most profitable period for harvesting Salvia miltiorrhiza raw material is fructification stage. however, it is ve...
متن کاملOptimization of Extraction Process for Polysaccharide in Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge Using Response Surface Methodology
This study was aimed to optimize the extraction process for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge polysaccharide using response surface methodology The results showed that four operating parameters including microwave power, microwave time and the particle size had notable effects on the polysaccharide extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. The effects could be ranked in decreasing order of importance as...
متن کاملArbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Regulate the Growth and Phyto-Active Compound of Salvia miltiorrhiza Seedlings
Roots and rhizomes of Salvia miltiorrhiza (S. miltiorrhiza) are widely used for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMFs) have been shown to enhance plant growth and increase secondary metabolites concentration in many plant species. However, effects of AMFs on S. miltiorrhiza have not been explored. A pot culture was designed as one control (non-AMF) treatme...

Four novel compounds (1-4) as well as fourteen reported compounds (5-18) were isolated and purified from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (Danshen). The structures of novel compounds were determined by 1D and 2D NMR, HRESIMS data, etc. The anti-inflammatory properties of all the compounds on RAW264.7 macrophages and their cytotoxicity on H1299 and Bel-7402 cell lines coupled with a structure-activity ...
